Mission Statement

  • The Union County Career and Technical Institute is a dynamic, shared time high school dedicated to advancing the learning and well-being of all students.  UCCTI is committed to ensuring high standards and challenging opportunities for students through the integration of academic and technical training.  We strive to develop self-awareness, confidence, character, sensitivity to the environment, and leadership skills. Technical disciplines are fully integrated with academic infusion; students challenge their levels of learning through assignments and projects requiring application of knowledge across all vocational disciplines offered.

    • Interactive Media & Game Design

    *3 year program to obtain certification

    Union County Career and Technical Institute is committed to serving students with special needs. Accordingly, the following programs are dedicated to meeting these needs for students requiring self-contained classroom settings.

    The following are 2 year programs, offered to juniors and seniors only:

    • Business Administration
    • Commercial Art
    • Graphic Design
    • Masonry
    • Welding Technology

    The following are 3 year programs, offered to sophomores, juniors, and seniors:

    • Automotive Technology Fundamentals
    • Restaurant & Food Service Cluster (Baking, Culinary Arts, and Supermarket Technology)
